With a background in sales management and then online sales I moved into website design & development in 2010. Coming from a sales background has given me a great advantage in being able to appreciate clients' needs when it comes to creating eCommerce websites, and particularly those with large inventories where thousands of product items need to be integrated from existing databases into online sites. I've also had over 30 years experience in customer service so am well used to communicating with clients and understanding their needs.
